Do I need any special software or tools?
In most cases, only a web browser is required. If a course needs additional tools (e.g., Astrology programs, software applications), it will be shared with you.

Is there a time limit for accessing the course?

Do I need to create an account to purchase a course?

You don’t need to create an account manually. Your account is automatically generated during your first purchase. The login details — including your username and password — will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. After completing the purchase, you’ll be logged in automatically and can access your course right away. For any future purchases — such as higher-level courses or if you’re buying the same course again — we recommend logging in to your account before checkout. This way, all your learning history and purchased courses stay connected to the same profile. You’ll also be able to download your certificate after passing the final exam from within this account.

How can I log-in?
Please go to the main page and find the “Log In” button or go to the menu and choose the “User Portal“. In case of mobilephone go to the top right corner and open the menu by clicking on the three lines icon and choose the “User Portal”. After that type your username or email address and your password into the required fields and hit the “Log In” button.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Go to the “User Portal” in the menu. Click on the “Forgot Password” link under the “Log In” button and follow the instructions to reset your password.

I forgot my user name. What should I do?
We have sent you an email letter about your log-in details at the time of the purchase. Please open your email and find your user name in our email letter.

I lost my email address. How can I change it to a new one, so my account stays safe?
